Terms of Service

By commissioning me you agree to the following terms:• I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reasons.• 1 to 2 Revisions during the sketch phase.• Full payment upfront.• No Total/Partial Refunds : once the order is confirmed and payment is
received, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.• All work is for personal use only, for commercial work contact me through email.• I hold all rights to my artwork.• All prices could change depending on the character's complexity.• Extra characters add to the base price.• All commissions include simple/no background.• Payment is done through PayPal in USD, I will send an invoice once I've approved the commission.• No selling or redistributing commissioned work• Commercial rights increase the price of the commission by a 200%. Comic Book pages commission include commercial rights.• It is strictly prohibited to use the commissioned artwork for AI or NFT related purposes.• I reserve the right to livestream and record the artwork creation process.• I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork on social media.• Private commission have an extra fee of 20%.• Turn around is from 2 weeks to 4 months depending on workload.
